At blattgold, we want you to love your new look! That is why we offer a 30-day free return and refund policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your package to request a return and get a full refund—completely free of charge.
Because we sell high-quality human hair, wigs, and fashion jewelry, hygiene and safety are our top priorities. To be eligible for a free return, your item must meet the following conditions:
Wigs & Hair Products: Must be returned in their original, unaltered condition. The lace must not be cut, and the hair must not be washed, dyed, brushed, bleached, or styled. It must be returned in its original packaging with all nets, labels, and tags attached.
Fashion Jewelry: Must be unworn, scratch-free, and in its original packaging.
⚠️ Please Note: We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item shows any signs of wear, alteration, or damage.
We make returns simple and cost-free for you:
Contact Us: Email us at shopifyfy98@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your item. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.
Get Your Label: If your return is accepted, we will email you a prepaid shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package.
Ship It Back: Print the label, attach it to your package, and send it off.
Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at shopifyfy98@gmail.com. We will evaluate the issue right away and fix it for you at no extra cost.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it and whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
Please remember it can take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
